Hi
Text-back is waiting on carrier approval.
Missed calls already get the greeting, and voicemails come to your email. Texts start once your number is approved, usually 3 to 5 business days.
We're fixing a problem with your email. We'll let you know when it's sorted.
Your requests
Ask for anything here. We email you when it's done.

Callers who hang up before the greeting mentions texting are never texted. That's the rule your texting page promises.
What callers hear and get
Changes go live as soon as you save. Your public texting page updates with them, so the two always match.
The start and end stay fixed. Carriers approved your number with them.
The greeting callers hear
Past versions
Every version is kept, with the calls that heard it, as your record of what callers agreed to.
Turn forwarding on or off
Dial these from your cell like a phone number.
Turn on
Turn off
Missed calls go back to your regular voicemail.
Going on vacation? Leave it on. Callers still get a text and you get their voicemails.
Business email
Email at your own name, read in the inbox you already use
Where your mail goes
Each address sends its mail to an inbox you already check. Add as many as you like at no extra cost.
Your email is working
We check it every day. If anything stops working, we fix it and let you know.
Send as your business address from Gmail
Set this up once on a computer. Gmail's phone app can't add it, but uses it after.
Open Gmail on a computer and go to Settings (the gear) → See all settings → Accounts and Import.
Next to Send mail as, choose Add another email address. Use these:
Leave “Treat as an alias” ticked.
On the next screen, enter the sending server:
- SMTP server
- smtp.mx.cloudflare.net
- Port
- 465, “Secured connection using SSL”
- Username
- api_token
- Password
- Your sending key, from your welcome email
Lost the key? Ask for a new one. The old one stops working when the new one is made.
Gmail sends a confirmation email to your business address. It forwards straight back to your inbox. Click the link in it.
On your phone, open the Gmail app, start an email and tap the From line to pick your business address.
Using iPhone Mail or Outlook instead of Gmail?
We support Gmail so that there's one setup that always works. If you don't use Gmail, we can make you a free Gmail inbox just for business mail. Ask about it.
